Ibrahim bin Mohammed Boumatar Al-Mohannadi

The Court of Cassation has dismissed an appeal filed by a company, upholding a previous ruling that orders the company to pay QAR 209,326 to a worker. The amount covers overdue wages, leave allowance, and end-of-service gratuity, in addition to holding the company liable for legal expenses. The court concluded that the judgment was sound and fully compliant with the law.

Lawyer Ibrahim bin Mohammed Bou Matar Al-Mohannadi successfully established his client's right to his full financial dues across all litigation stages. He demonstrated that the company failed to provide any evidence proving the worker had absented himself from work or that the employment relationship had been terminated in accordance with legal procedures.

Al-Mohannadi relied on his client's acquittal from an absconding report and the continuity of the employment relationship until the date his financial rights became due.
